Symrise in Clichy-la-Garenne, France, seeks a Commercial Assistant to support the Global Category Leader and Global Account Manager in day-to-day commercial activities. You will coordinate client projects (price offers, samples, documents, shipping, marketing support) and assist with organizing trips, regional coordination, and data management across tools like SAP, PACE, EIS, EDAC and Symportal.

Requirements include a Bac+2/Bachelor in Business or international trade, at least 2 years in a

Qualifications

Degree in business, sales, or international trade.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a matrix environment.
Knowledge of fragrance industry is an advantage.
Microsoft environment and project management software (PACE, EIS, EDAC, SAP).
Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

Coordinate client projects for price offers, samples, technical and regulatory documents, shipping, marketing support.
Support the Global Category Leader / Global Account Manager in commercial activities including organizing trips and coordinating with regions.
Manage and follow-up client requests and commercial data in digital tools (PACE, EIS, SAP, Symportal, EDAC).
Assist in compiling and consolidating global data for the category (Sales, Budgets).
Liaise with internal departments (sales, development, labs, regulatory, marketing/CMI, R&D, supply chain) and with external clients.
