Hornetsecurity seeks a customer-centric professional to join in Lille or Paris. You’ll support existing customers, ensuring they get the most from our services, while driving satisfaction and identifying needs. You’ll work with sales and marketing to deliver outstanding experiences and drive customer success.

You’ll survey satisfaction, introduce new products, and advocate for customers to improve services. A dynamic, fast-moving environment awaits with international exposure.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally IT-technical.
• Strong communication with customers and partners in French and English.
• Ability to understand customer needs and use problem-solving.
• Experience presenting to customers and partners via web meetings.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a demanding workload.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to existing customers and help them use services effectively.
• Survey customer satisfaction and address issues quickly.
