1st Choice Graphics Inc. in ST BRIEUX, SK is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service & Admin Coordinator to support our print and promotional products business. You will respond to emails, prepare quotes, and process orders, while building relationships through outstanding service.

Responsibilities include apparel and promotional product management, online store assistance, and general admin tasks. Training is provided for embroidery and heat-press projects.

• Must be organized and able to manage by priority.
• Detail-oriented and professional in interactions.
• Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills.
• Willing to learn and use new software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while a team player.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer emails and phone calls.
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service and advise on best products.
• Help decorate apparel using embroidery/heat press equipment (training provided).
