HH Global is seeking an Account Manager to manage and deliver client solutions across multiple vendors, blending office, client site and home-based work. You will maintain strong client relationships, ensure delivery to specifications and drive growth within healthcare and related spend areas.

The role requires experience in client service management, project coordination, and a commercial mindset to identify opportunities and maintain high-quality service across SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service management on-site with multiple vendors.
• Strong project management with timelines, SLAs and KPIs.
• Commercial acumen and ability to grow accounts through value-based selling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholder levels.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Take briefs from the client with full specs and deadlines, manage delivery from start to finish.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers to client requirements, ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor projects across teams, introduce new methods, ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
• Prepare presentations, handle account administration and reporting with accurate records.
• Meet and exceed contracted SLAs while following regulatory and company policies.
• Develop and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive organic growth.
