CustomBoxes.io is seeking a Shopify Fulfillment Specialist to complete digital press work, manage orders, and maintain a 2,000 ft² warehouse. You will fulfill orders via Shopify, prepare labels, and ensure on-time delivery for SMBs and non-profits.

The role emphasizes accurate shipping, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities to grow with the team in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify or similar fulfillment platforms and ability to manage digital print orders.
• Knowledge of multiple fulfillment tools and carrier services to meet customer timelines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct item shipping and accurate labeling.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill orders using Shopify and prepare labels for carriers.
• Get LTL orders ready on pallets and ensure secure packaging.
• Receive and restack inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness (2,000 ft²).
• Prepare pickup orders for customers and support warehouse operations.
• Operate digital presses and handle light equipment as needed.
• Lift 50–90 lbs consistently and use pallet jack or forklift if needed.
• Meet productivity targets and suggest improvements to workflows.
• Comply with OSHA safety requirements.

Local marketing services and printing firm seeks Shopify Fulfillment Specialist (ok to train). The Shopify Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for completing all digital press work in compliance with job specifications and quality standards. This person must fulfill orders in order to meet customer time requirements. In addition, he/she will perform daily and weekly cleaning and organizing of the warehouse (2,000 ft²). This person is vital to the overall customer service provided and will work closely with other team members.

Qualifications

• Shopify, ShipStation, Bigcommerce, Etsy, Amazon, Adobe Fulfilment, Salesforce, UPS, FedEx or other online fulfillment tool is highly regarded
• High school diploma/GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail (must ship correct items to the right customer)
• Good mathematical skills (helps with measurements to ensure print lines up as intended for customer)
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and attention to workstation

Job Expansion Opportunities

• Solid understanding of Photoshop and other design software a plus
• Desire to talk with some customers via chat / email about any requests and / or issues they have with their designs / results
• Make recommendations on improving productivity

Primary Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders using Shopify (print labels for UPS/FedEx and fulfill in boxes) – this is the majority of time for the role
• Get LTL orders ready on pallets (strap / wrap)
• Receive and restack inventory (2‑3x per week)
• Get pickup orders ready for customers
• Help maintain clean and equipment
• Clean and maintain warehouse operations (2,000 ft² of space)
• Operations of Equipment – Black & White Digital Presses (40% of role)
• Ability to lift 50‑90 lbs consistently through the day (push around even more with use of a pallet jack and potentially forklift later)
• Hit productivity targets and make recommendations to do so
• Comply with all OSHA safety requirements
• Role expansion opportunities: help using printer and laying artwork using Adobe (depends on skills, interest and performance)
