Planet Pharma is seeking a Customer Service / Supplier Representative to manage a portfolio of instruments and coordinate required service interventions on-site in Paris and Vitry-sur-Seine. You will ensure accurate invoicing for non-contracted services and maintain strong client communications to meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives.

The role requires on-site work, fluency in French, and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in French.
• Must have a full driving license.
• Bachelor's degree / diploma in a scientific / pharmaceutical field preferred (will not accept candidates at Masters-level)

Responsabilités

• Coordinates with off-site or client-specific support teams
• Engages with Sales and Purchasing departments
• Requests and manages quotes from service providers
• Organizes and oversees service interventions
• Maintains clear communication with clients
• Participate in gathering client requirements during contract renewal cycles
• Process service requests and coordinate appropriate responses
• Source supplier bids and place necessary orders
• Update internal databases and client records as agreed
• Support clients through regular follow-ups and responsive communication via meetings, email, and phone

Type: 2-month contract (initially)

Purpose of the Role

The Customer Operations Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of instruments on behalf of clients. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating required service interventions - both within and outside of contractual agreements - and ensuring accurate invoicing for non-contracted services. The role may be performed on-site at the customer's location, with a strong emphasis on meeting quality, safety, and timeline objectives to ensure optimal equipment performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
