Customer Operations Representative – On-Site Support

We are seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join our on‑site team supporting a major pharmaceutical client. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for visiting service providers and suppliers, coordinating their activities, and ensuring all associated administrative documentation is completed accurately. You will also assist with document archiving and general coordination tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient site operation. Responsibilities

• Escort visitors and external service providers on‑site, including driving in company vehicles.
• Coordinate and schedule supplier and visitor activities in compliance with site rules.
• Collect and process administrative documentation related to visits and services.
• Assist in archiving and maintaining site records.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide timely updates on activities and maintain accurate records in internal databases.

Requirements

• Previous experience or knowledge in a laboratory environment, ideally with customer service focus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in professional English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency essential).
• Valid driving license and ability to drive company vehicles on‑site.
• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
• Level/Diploma Bac+2 to Bac+3 in administrative and commercial management or equivalent experience.
