Amcor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main contact between customers and Amcor Flexibles EMEA. The role requires a customer-centric mindset, autonomy, and the ability to work with both local and remote teams.

You will manage orders, drive service improvements, and coordinate with multiple internal functions to satisfy customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in packaging or manufacturing
• Strong Excel skills appreciated
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Manage customer demand from initial order placement through to delivery
• Improve customer relations with prompt, efficient service
• Coordinate expediting of rush shipments and monitor progress to delivery
• Share forecasts to support demand planning and address potential shortages or delays
• Proactively manage finished goods levels and aged inventory
• Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives to meet expectations
