Amcor is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the central point of contact between customers and Amcor Flexibles EMEA. You will handle orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while maintaining superior customer service.

The role requires autonomy, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The position is based in an environment with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality, and emphasizes

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills appreciated.
• Experience of SAP and Salesforce.com preferred.
• Customer focused and results oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-structure team.
• Self-motivated.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer demand from initial order placement through to delivery, utilizing all resources to manage customer orders.
• Continuously strive to improve customer relations with prompt, efficient service and resolve complex problems.
• Proactively look for better ways of working to provide the best service to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations to monitor requirements.
• Expedite rush shipments when needed and monitor progress to delivery.
• Share customer forecasts to support demand planning and manage shortages or delays.
• Proactively manage finished goods levels and aged inventory.
• Manage customer complaints.
