Job summary

Sotera Health, a leading global provider of sterilization and lab testing services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hauts-de-France. You will support the Customer Service department by ensuring clear communication with customers and coordinating orders and shipments.

Responsibilities include processing orders in the ERP, scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, invoicing customers, and maintaining master data.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and invoicing.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and CRM updates.
• Work across departments to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain customer master data and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders in the ERP system.
• Schedule and monitor shipments with customers and carriers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Manage invoicing and issue credit notes as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain high service levels.
• Coordinate with Production and QA for timely fulfillment.
