Job summary

Lucis is building the OS for human longevity and is hiring its first dedicated Customer Care Team Lead in Paris. You will own the member experience end to end, stabilize operational metrics, and build a world-class support team that engages with members and labs.

You’ll work closely with the medical team, balance care with accuracy, and drive feedback into product and operations. Relocation support is available for the right candidate to join our Paris hub.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2C customer care or related role.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
• Warmth, empathy and customer-centric approach.
• Attention to detail; no misquotes or errors.
• Ability to own projects and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle member and lab partner inquiries via chat, email and phone with care.
• Know when to escalate health questions to the medical team and maintain boundaries.
• Capture recurring issues and share feedback with product and ops teams.
• Contribute to initiatives improving the member experience, like the Help Center or proactive care.
