Lucis is seeking a Medical Director to own the clinical direction and medical safety system for its AI-powered preventive health platform. The role sits in Paris and requires fluency in French and English, with 5–10 years of hospital practice and leadership experience.

You will decide testing standards, manage risk governance, and oversee certification calls while guiding clinical operations and regulatory engagements with labs, insurers, and regulators, alongside the CMO.

Qualifications

• MD with hospital practice experience
• Experience leading clinical operations or medical affairs
• Ability to set standards and govern risk in a healthtech product

Responsabilités

• Decide what to test and which clinical standards apply
• Set risk posture and governance; define incident handling and claims
• Own certification calls and path: CE, ISO, or scope decisions
• Hire and lead the clinical operations and safety team
• Represent clinically with labs, insurers and regulators alongside the CMO
• Set product release safety standards for the engineering team
