Jobtailor is seeking a proactive and autonomous coordinator to manage the order book, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure delivery deadlines are met. You will coordinate across departments and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resilient, a team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent Excel skills (pivot tables), and fluent English. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to smooth operations in a dynamic environment in France.
