Job summary

Betclic Group is seeking a Marketing Operations intern to support CRM campaigns across markets from our Bordeaux hub. You will help design and deploy engagement programs, working with cross-functional teams in an agile, international setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s in Digital Marketing with initial CRM experience, strong organisation, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work and a dynamic, growth-focused team are offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
• Some initial experience in CRM.
• Able to manage several priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Help manage a range of CRM programmes to engage active customers.
• Support campaign deployment across channels, coordinating with Content, Data, and other teams.
• Facilitate process improvements and resolve recurring issues to boost efficiency.
• Provide operational support for campaigns across markets.
• Maintain reporting on customer engagement, campaigns, and costs.
