Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in Paris seeks a Manager (CAD & MO) to lead Credit Administration and Middle Office activities. You will prepare credit documentation, manage limits, review collateral, and ensure data integrity in CBS, while coordinating with Head Office hubs for centralized limit encoding.

The role requires 4–6 years in banking, strong LMA knowledge, and fluency in French and English to navigate French/EU regulatory requirements and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Management degree, preferably in Banking, Legal or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a reputed bank or similar financial institution.
• At least 3 years' technical hands-on experience in credit or legal documentation in a corporate and/or private banking environment.
• Excellent knowledge of LMA documentation, securities and collaterals.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review facility offer letters and security-related documents in line with credit approvals.
• Maintain credit facility files and scan documents for safekeeping.
• Record all transactions in the Core Banking System (CBS) accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with CAD-International team to complete documentation and release limits.
• Prepare and disseminate reports on documentation deficiencies and renewals.
• Encode and release credit limits with accurate data entry in the system.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports and contribute to SOP updates.
• Support MO workstreams (Trade Operations, Loan operations, etc.) as needed.
