Qonto is seeking a Credit Fraud Analyst in Paris to own the credit fraud operations end-to-end as we scale our credit products and evolve into a bank.

You will partner with Tech to sharpen our AI fraud detection, continuously improve the AI tool we use to catch fraud and defaults, and rework eligibility criteria when needed.

You will be the cross-market go-to on credit fraud, working with Risk, Product and Customer Care across markets, and you will own processes with real autonomy and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with credit fraud or default cases.
• Critical thinking and curiosity to challenge criteria.
• Clear communication with Risk, Product and Customer Care.
• Interest in AI and using AI tools to spot fraud patterns.

• Own credit fraud operations end-to-end and supervise day-to-day efficiency of our credit fraud processes.
• Partner with Tech to sharpen our AI fraud detection and improve the AI tool used to catch fraud and defaults.
• Analyze credit defaults and rework eligibility criteria when needed.
• Design and implement fraud controls to keep our credit products safe as we scale.
• Serve as cross-market go-to on credit fraud for Risk, Product and Customer Care across markets.
