Exyte is looking for a dedicated professional to join our Project Cost Control team in Paris, France. In this role, you will support financial performance in high-tech construction projects, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.

Your expertise in engineering, finance, or business administration and skills in cost estimation, along with your proficiency in Excel and SAP, will be key to your success. Fluent English and French are required.

• First experience in project controlling or cost control, ideally in construction/engineering.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.

You will be part of our Project Cost Control team in France, supporting the financial performance of high-tech construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with project management to ensure cost transparency, accurate financial tracking, and reliable reporting. By contributing across the full project lifecycle, you will play an important role in enabling informed decision-making and successful project delivery.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support project management in financial and administrative activities
• Assist in cost estimation and project setup
• Maintain cost and revenue structures in SAP
• Prepare and update project dashboards and reports
• Track costs per subcontracting package
• Record and validate invoices based on approved deliverables
• Monitor project cash flow, payments, advances and bank guarantees
• Track purchase orders, variations and additional work
• Ensure correct cost allocation and follow-up
• Support monitoring of client and subcontractor contracts
• Contribute to project financial reporting and performance reviews

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
• First experience in project controlling or cost control (ideally construction/engineering)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English and French is required
