M.A.C Cosmetics, Aveda, Smashbox, and Bumble & bumble RDDC EMEA are looking to hire a VM & SD Assistant to join the team starting in January 2027.
The EMEA RDDC team is responsible for guiding and advising Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and India affiliates on every in-store initiative that brings the marketing calendar to life, in line with brand guidelines and DNA. The team aims to deliver the most impactful consumer journey and storytelling around launches, hero products, and permanent collections. This includes supporting the development of store design concepts, partnering with affiliates on the development and execution of Store Design (SD) concepts and Visual Merchandising (VM) assets and layouts, as well as creating collateral and planogram guidelines.
Minimum Education Level: Student from a Graphic Design, Art, or Interior Design school (e.g., ENSAD, École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Penninghen, LISAA) or equivalent degree.
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Final year student.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken.
