The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Store Design and Visual Merchandising team in Île-de-France.

This internship offers hands-on experience in retail design and merchandising for cosmetics and fragrances. You will collaborate with the design team on store layouts, 3D development, and seasonal displays while researching industry trends and supporting design presentations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of Autocad and 3D software (Sketchup & Vray) is a plus.
• Passion for cosmetics and fragrance industry.
• Passion for the retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience across all different retail channels
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store layouts and displays, both on the design, drawing and 3D development phase.
• Support the execution of seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors latest designs and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and VM guidelines.
• Participate in store visits to evaluate and provide feedback on stor designs & visual merchandising standards.
