Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a VM & SD Assistant for a 6‑month internship starting January 2027 in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. Hybrid setup with up to 1 remote day weekly after two months, plus EU remote days.

Ideal candidates are final‑year graphic design students fluent in English and French, with strong Adobe/SketchUp skills and a retail design background. Training in store concepts, collateral creation, and planogram guidelines will be provided, with a boutique luxury/ cosmetics focus.

Qualifications

• Final year student in graphic design or equivalent degree.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Experience in retail graphic design is preferred.

Responsibilities

The team aims to deliver the most impactful consumer journey and storytelling around launches, hero products, and permanent collections.
