Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Cortex Transformation Engineer to guide enterprise customers through migration and security operations transformations to modern platforms. You will own end-to-end customer transition lifecycle within a global model, delivering high-velocity data cutovers and hands-on workshops.

You will combine deep engineering expertise with strong customer-facing delivery, using AI and automation to create reusable playbooks and demonstrate business value to security leadership

Qualifications

• Professional-level technical acumen with security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks portfolio or direct competitive migration experience.
• Strong technical background in security automation, including CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to run technical workshops and maintain executive presence.
• A scale mindset with focus on AI, automation, reusable playbooks, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the technical migration of customer environments from legacy to modern platforms.
• Lead Day in the Life workshops and educate customer teams on native platform workflows.
• Demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational improvements to secure formal project sign-off.
