Job summary

Elisa Industriq France, formerly sedApta Osys and part of the Elisa Group, seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational management for the French subsidiary and to drive execution, scalability and delivery quality.

The COO collaborates with the CEO and leadership to translate strategy into concrete actions, oversees Delivery, Finance and HR, and steers growth while enhancing profitability and process improvements.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in operational or leadership roles within B2B software companies.
Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and digital technologies (MES, ERP, WMS, APS, IoT, AI).
Proven track record in effective people leadership and scaling operations.
Experience managing project-based cost control and KPI-driven performance.
Native-level French or C2 proficiency.

Responsibilities

Operational oversight of Delivery, Finance, and HR, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Translate company strategy into concrete, measurable actions and drive execution.
Lead budgeting, financial performance monitoring, and reporting per group guidelines.
Monitor operational KPIs, identify improvements, and ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
Lead change initiatives and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
