Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned aerospace configuration management professional in Île-de-France to lead product quality activities from design through delivery. You will ensure ERP/PLM data integrity and compliance with ECSS standards while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6–15 years in the space sector, strong knowledge of Teamcenter and SAP, and a rigorous, proactive mindset to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Generalist engineering degree, preferably with aerospace focus.
• 6 to 15 years of experience in the space industry.
• Broad cross-functional knowledge of mechanical, optical, and electronic engineering.
• Strong knowledge of space and aerospace quality requirements and ECSS standards.
• Proficiency with ERP, PLM, and information systems (Teamcenter, SAP).
• Solid experience in configuration management.
• Rigorous, methodical, structured, and organized approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead configuration management and product quality activities from design through delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the document management framework.
• Plan and facilitate project kick-off reviews.
• Prepare and update monthly and weekly project dashboards.
• Participate in SAPC meetings and technical business reviews.
• Analyze ECR discrepancies and changes in collaboration with the IPP and Technical Lead.
• Assess the documentation impact of changes and participate in change control boards.
• Upload and update documents in the Teamcenter PLM system.
• Enter the required data into the SAP ERP system.
• Ensure the applicable product configuration is maintained.
• Define applicability levels and product/documentation use cases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
