Jobtailor is seeking a Space Quality Assurance Engineer (M/F) to join the Quality team in Toulouse. You will lead quality planning, adapt and deploy processes, and ensure the implementation of quality activities across projects.

This role also involves creating and updating QA documentation, interfacing with Project Assurance, and guiding reviews, datapacks, and risk analyses to prevent non-conformities and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ECSS, DO-254 and related DO-178 expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality.
• Operational level of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in ISO 9001, ECSS and DO-254 standards.
• Knowledge of DO-178 and additional experience with DO-254 would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure the implementation of quality activities and contribute to project monitoring through reviews, checks and indicator tracking.
• Create and update quality documentation (quality assurance plan, MIP/KIP, CIL…).
• Act as the interface with the Project Assurance (PA) and represent Quality to clients and suppliers.
• Ensure proper application of processes and compliance with internal requirements.
• Participate in project reviews and validate datapacks.
• Take part in the risk analysis process.
• Manage deviations and Non-Conformities.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent
• You have significant experience of at least 2 years in quality
• Operational level of English, both written and spoken
• Analytical thinking, synthesis, initiative and ability to make proposals will be major assets
• Proficiency in ISO 9001 as well as ECSS and DO-254 standards is essential
• Knowledge of DO-178 and additional experience with DO-254 would be a plus
