Four Seasons Megève invites applications for a Concierge Intern to support our Concierge team in delivering personalised guest experiences in a luxury alpine resort. You will learn the fundamentals of Concierge services while representing the hotel and destination with style and warmth.

Ideal candidates are hospitality or tourism students fluent in French and English, with a passion for service, detail, and guest satisfaction; commitment to 39-hour weeks; and eligibility to work in France/Europe.

Qualifications

• Student in hospitality, tourism or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Not eligible for sponsorship; must have French/European work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guests' requests following Four Seasons standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local activities.
• Record special requests in internal systems and ensure follow-up.
• Support Front Desk when needed and communicate guest preferences to departments.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and offerings.
