Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service before, during, and after the stay.
• Coordinate guest requests with all hotel departments to ensure seamless and flawless service.
• Prepare suites, arrange personalized amenities, and maintain the highest luxury standards.
• Organize and provide meal service, private events, and tailor-made in-suite experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle service recovery situations, and uphold Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.
