Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Concierge Intern to assist experienced Concierges and create memorable guest experiences in Megève. You will embody the hotel’s standards while learning conciergerie fundamentals.

Ideal candidates are hospitality students with fluency in French and English, excellent grooming, and a strong service mindset, capable of handling a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Student in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• Excellent grooming and impeccable service mindset.
• Fluency in French and English required.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests following Four Seasons standards with professionalism.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and concierge services.
• Act as ambassador for the hotel and Megève destination.
• Provide information on hotel services, hours, events, and directions.
• Manage emails, calls, packages, and deliveries accurately.
