Four Seasons Resort Megève is seeking a Spa intern to learn how our Spa operates and to uphold the Four Seasons standards in a luxury alpine setting.

You must be fluent in French and English and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong team spirit and neat presentation.

This role includes training sessions, guest-facing support, room setup, and collaboration with several hotel departments to ensure every guest enjoys a tranquil experience.

Qualifications

• You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Four Seasons standard training + LQA Four Seasons draping + Harassment training.
• Acts as an ambassador for the spa, guiding guests on a tour of facilities or accompanying them to the checkroom.
• Spa Academy training with presentation of the Spa menu, guest vocabulary and general Spa information.
• Guarantee the security and relaxation of guests and assist with any requests; respond quickly to problems.
• Spa set-up on opening and closing shifts; maintain changing rooms and washrooms.
