IQVIA is seeking a COA Associate Manager in Paris, with responsibilities spanning the COA product lifecycle from development through commercialization. You will support COA Managers and Directors, helping to define deliverables, ROI, and materials to enable sales and client delivery.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to ensure successful COA licensing and services, while engaging with senior management stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starting mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
• English fluency required (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, other sciences, computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years total work experience in pharma/medical device industry or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Support COA Manager(s) and Director(s) on assigned COAs across product lifecycle stages, including development and extensions.
• Assist in defining deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI for products and initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market materials and support sales with product documentation addressing clinical, regulatory, and market access needs.
• Contribute to business case creation and due diligence for development or acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and other functions to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
