IQVIA seeks a COA Associate Manager to propel portfolio management for COA licenses and services within the ILSPSS team. You will support development, commercialization, and lifecycle activities while coordinating with scientific and commercial groups globally.

You will help craft go-to-market materials and business cases, working with IP, sales, and strategy teams to meet client needs across diverse geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/medical device settings, COA development or COA commercial management ideal.
• Experience in drug/device development-related fields such as clinical or real-world research, consulting, or technical product management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Support COA Manager(s)/Director(s) on COAs across product lifecycle from development to extension and commercialization.
• Prepare COA assets for client delivery as directed by COA leadership.
• Assist in defining deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI for products and initiatives.
• Help develop go-to-market materials addressing clinical, regulatory, and market access needs.
• Contribute to business case creation and due diligence for development or acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracting, Legal, HR, and IT as needed.
• Assist in creating new processes, tools, templates, and group documentation.
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to COA leadership.
