IQVIA is seeking a senior Population Health implementation leader in Paris to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, own cross-portfolio readiness, and guide governance across the COA portfolio. You will coordinate with Sales, COA Management, and IT teams to ensure alignment with scientific goals and regulatory expectations.

The role requires a strong 7+ years track record in Population Health or related fields, COA/PRO experience, and excellence in communication and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in Population Health, HEOR, RWE, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with ambigous scope and dependencies.
• Prior COA/PRO experience is strongly preferred but can be developed with domain expertise.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, technical, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable workflows, governance tools, and readiness materials.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-ready writing; able to influence stakeholders.
• Strong programme management discipline: roadmap, milestones, risks, action tracking, governance.
• English fluency, spoken and written, is required.

Responsabilités

• Translate Population Health strategy into an actionable implementation roadmap with workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, and leadership updates.
• Own the Population Health implementation operating model across the COA portfolio with clear roles and escalation paths.
• Develop governance tools (RACI, logs, dashboards) and cross-functional structures for implementation.
• Ensure workstreams align with scientific goals, regulatory expectations, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation across therapeutic areas and COA Managers; manage dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with health data standards, EHR integration, and data governance teams to enable PMI workflows.
