IQVIA is seeking a Population Health implementation leader to translate strategy into scalable, cross-functional execution across therapeutic areas. You will partner with COA Management, Sales, and delivery teams to drive readiness, governance, and adoption in health systems, registries, and quality programs.

The role emphasizes translating complex clinical and operational requirements into actionable roadmaps, risk management, and scalable models while ensuring scientific quality and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health/science related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Population Health, HEOR, RWE, health-system consulting, or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate scientific/operational requirements into scalable workflows and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional Population Health implementation roadmap and governance.
• Coordinate across COA managers and delivery teams; manage risks and dependencies.
• Define readiness frameworks and templates for scalable deployment across therapeutic areas.
• Enable health-system, routine-care, registries, and quality measurement initiatives.
• Translate market/customer needs into implementation requirements and roadmaps.
• Maintain alignment between Sales, COA Management and implementation teams.
