  • Shape our voice in the field. Lead PR, public affairs, and our global KOL/speaker programs.
  • Keep the org informed. Manage internal communications, and lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
  • Align across the business. Partner with regional marketing, product, and sales to keep every launch and campaign cohesive and on time.
You will be successful in this role if

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies in a global marketplace
  • Experience managing content across multiple geographies, with sensitivity to cultural and local market nuances
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, international environment
  • A creative, strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • A track record of leading initiatives from concept to execution, on tight deadlines, without compromising quality
It would be fantastic if
