South Pole in France is seeking a Business Development Specialist to grow our sustainability services portfolio across France, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will support new business development for strategic prospects and manage a portfolio of clients and qualified prospects.

You proactively manage relationships, understand client needs, develop tailor-made solutions, and work on offers and proposals. You will handle negotiations of deals with clients and prospects, contributing to South Pole's

Qualifications

• University degree in Sustainability and/or Business
• 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in sales or climate field
• Results-driven with urgency and accountability
• Strong communication and presentation in English and French
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for a portfolio of existing clients and build trusted relationships with prospects
• Understand client needs to identify further business development opportunities
• Proactively strengthen client relationships and position South Pole as a preferred climate solutions partner
• Manage negotiations and finalise deals with new and existing clients
• Contribute to compelling proposals and contract preparation
• Ensure client satisfaction by upholding high service standards
• Attend conferences and events to represent South Pole and gather market feedback
• Share know-how within the company to support growth
