Job summary

Fundcraft is seeking a Client Success Manager in Paris to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive onboarding and migration, and coordinate with Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Compliance and other teams. You will guide clients through training and ensure seamless service delivery, while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.

The role reports to the Head of Client Success and emphasizes proactive ownership, communication, and data-driven decision making within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and migration of new clients.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Background in fund accounting or fund administration in Luxembourg.
• Digital-first mindset with familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable client communication strategies with Product Development.
• Oversee timely responses from Client Mailbox and resolve escalations.
• Standardise scheduling and conduct of client meetings aligning with success goals.
• Lead automation of repetitive tasks and client workflows with Product Development.
• Review updates, analyze risks, and propose strategic adjustments.
