Jobtailor is seeking a client services operations support professional in Rodez, France. You will act as the main contact for service delivery requests, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth transition to operations. You will update client-facing reporting and monitor KPIs to support accurate decision-making.

The role requires solid project management, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset, with experience in banking or finance fields considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management and client follow-up.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus.
• Two-year post-secondary qualification in customer advisory, insurance, banking, or finance.
• Initial experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the point of contact for requests relating to the delivery of client services.
• Ensure compliance with the SLAs set out in contracts.
• Monitor the transition to operations and validate the elements required for service delivery.
• Update operations reporting for client review meetings.
• Monitor performance indicators and client reporting.
• Ensure the consistency of the production data provided.
• Handle client requests relating to their services and processing activities.
