Unispace seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex design and construction projects, build strong client relationships, and mentor project teams, delivering high-quality, client-focused results that elevate standards of excellence and innovation.

You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and coordination with design and engineering, driving client satisfaction, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while guiding junior colleagues toward

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within design/construction
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects from conception to completion
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting skills

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, complex projects from planning through close-out to ensure quality and timeliness
• Serve as the primary client contact and tailor project strategies to client needs
• Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, resources, risk management, and compliance
• Facilitate regular client and stakeholder meetings and provide progress updates
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships and ensure alignment with specs and quality standards
• Lead site inspections and coordinate with site teams to maintain safety and quality
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet client vision and firm standards
• Develop and implement project management best practices and mentor junior staff
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
