Unispace is seeking a Project Manager in Paris to oversee large-scale design and construction projects, build strong client relationships, and mentor project teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within the design and construction field.
• Experience managing large, complex projects from conception to completion.
• Bilingual in French and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale, complex projects from initial planning through close-out, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations at every phase.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships and tailoring project strategies to exceed expectations.
• Manage and coordinate budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and compliance to balance quality, timeline, and budget.
• Facilitate and lead regular client and stakeholder meetings, providing progress updates and addressing concerns to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring performance standards and alignment with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Lead site inspections and coordinate with Site Superintendents to monitor construction quality and health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of design, construction, and client requirements.
• Develop and implement project management best practices, mentoring junior staff and fostering growth.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with transparent reporting.
