IXO seeks experts to construct or evaluate circuit problems for AI coding agents and to verify their behavior against design goals. You will provide reference analyses, criteria, and reproducible evidence, delivering concise judgments with supporting material.

Remote assignments are available with flexible hours; 15 hours per week possible depending on track. Per-task compensation is agreed before work and paid upon completion.

IXO is engaging specialists to evaluate circuit-design tasks with reproducible electronic-design workflows. Your contribution is technical work: make the reasoning inspectable, identify substantive errors and provide evidence that supports a reliable assessment.

Work you will do

• Construct or evaluate circuit problems that an AI coding agent can address through Python and suitable command-line EDA tools.
• Check the modeled behavior, design constraints and verification evidence against the intended electronic function.
• Provide reference implementations or analyses, objective assessment criteria and clear explanations of design or simulation failures.

Required background and routes

• An electrical or related master's/doctorate, or an electrical bachelor's plus at least one to two relevant professional circuit-design years.
• Meaningful analog, digital, power, RF or mixed-signal design experience, including a design that reached fabrication, integration, shipment or tape-out rather than simulation alone.
• Python and coding-agent proficiency with a programmable/CLI EDA workflow. Comparable EDA tools are acceptable; no particular Python library is compulsory.

Deliverables

• Submit the completed technical artifact or assessment with its supporting evidence, explicit assumptions, reproducible checks where applicable, and concise reasons for each material judgment. Address review findings within the agreed scope.

Location and schedule

Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with no guaranteed weekly volume. Availability planning can include 15 hours per week depending on the track. IXO confirms the applicable timing before work.
