Jobgether is seeking a Head of Product based in France for a partner company. This senior leadership role leads strategy, roadmap, and a growing PM team in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS/AI environment. You will work with CTO, founders, Engineering, Design, Sales and CS to turn customer needs into priorities and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 4+ years leading a PM team.
• Proven launches with measurable business results (pipeline, retention, revenue).
• Experience with complex B2B products, integrations, workflows.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritization.
• Customer-centric approach guided by research and market signals.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform capabilities.
• Define and execute product strategy with CTO and founders, aligning to revenue & adoption goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team and establish practices.
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements and ensure timely releases.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and CS for successful launches.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, and market research to inform roadmap.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and outcomes.
