Goodweek is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area end to end, shaping the roadmap with the Head of Product and turning strategy into clear priorities for the squad. You’ll run discovery, define outcomes, and track metrics to ensure valuable features ship rapidly.

In a fast-growing, globally distributed team across France, Spain, and the US, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM plans and monitor performance. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum product teams with backlog ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency with Jira and product analytics tools (Amplitude or Mixpanel).
• Strong UX/UI understanding and end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret data and build simple dashboards.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
• Hands-on product discovery (interviews, tests, validation).

Responsabilités

• Shape the roadmap with the Head of Product and set clear priorities.
• Run discovery through interviews, user tests, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Define outcomes and metrics and track them.
• Take features from idea to launch and iterate or sunset as needed.
• Maintain backlog, user stories, and rituals to ship validated work.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM for releases.
• Communicate roadmap and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
