Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Engineer in France to shape an emerging AI-assisted software development platform. You will work on agentic engineering, developer experience, backend systems, and runtimes, building scalable infrastructure for pipelines, runtimes, data models, and code execution environments.

You will collaborate with AI engineers to ensure predictable, performant, and production-ready agentic workflows, while engaging directly with customers to align product priorities

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience building and owning software products end to end, including frontend development.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js, with Go or ability to quickly learn Go.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and production service practices.
• Strong data-modeling skills across PostgreSQL and analytical DBs like ClickHouse.
• Experience building or operating agentic AI systems, LLM pipelines, or sandboxed runtimes.
• Good product instincts and ability to align customer needs with business context and technical constraints.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve the agentic development platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and Go.
• Design and harden systems for running untrusted code safely across the software lifecycle.
• Develop ingest pipelines, evaluation runtimes, data models, and application runtimes.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure agentic workflows are reliable and production-ready.
• Shape developer experiences, workflows, guardrails, and product priorities from customer feedback.
• Own product initiatives end-to-end, including ideation, decisions, backend and frontend work.
• Engage customers to translate usage insights into roadmap priorities.
• Balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business considerations.
• Identify risks early and contribute to platform stability and observability.
• Document decisions and share context across teams.
