Job summary

Spinergie, a Paris-based B2B SaaS data intelligence platform, seeks a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders. You will drive cross-functional projects, support M&A from due diligence to post-merger integration, and represent the company externally.

This hands-on role offers high visibility across teams and rapid growth in an international scale-up. The role requires 3–5 years in strategy or management consulting, strong analytical and project management skills, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Hands-on, not only coordination; able to execute tasks.
• Versatile: switch between analysis, external presentations and hands-on work.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; reliable and autonomous.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Paris-based; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and initiatives under the Founders' responsibility.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams for M&A and oversee deal structuring.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives (People & Communications) and reporting.
• Support grant reporting, governance, and external communications where needed.
• Oversee integration planning and post-merger performance tracking.
