Job summary

Spinergie, based in Paris, is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founders on strategic topics, cross-functional projects, and supporting M&A from due diligence to post‑merger integration.

This hands‑on role has high visibility across all teams and requires 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting, strong analytical and project management skills, and excellent written and spoken English. Willingness to travel and fast growth in an international scale-up are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy/management consulting.
• Hands-on: comfortable doing the work (due diligence, event logistics, reporting).
• Versatile: switch between analysis, external presentations, and hands-on tasks.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and initiatives for the Founders: cross-functional processes, new country openings, and grants/tax credits.
• Cover People & Communications duties during maternity leave: webinars, conferences, surveys, and website updates.
• Deal structuring and execution: due diligence coordination, data room review, and transaction documents.
• Post‑Merger Integration design and 100-day plan; track synergies and report progress to Founders and Board.
• Be a day-to-day contact for acquired teams and ensure smooth onboarding and culture integration.
