Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A advisory.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning & Business Development: support development and execution of the firm’s strategic plan and growth agenda; conduct market/industry analyses; translate objectives into initiatives; prepare executive recommendations.
• Chief of Staff & Executive Support: act as strategic partner to Management Board; coordinate executive initiatives; drive alignment; lead executive meeting prep.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: connect across functions; lead high-impact projects; facilitate communication between senior management and operations; drive accountability.
• Executive Communication: develop clear presentations and strategic papers; distill complex information into insights; support internal communications.
