Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end from issue framing to delivery. You will be the client’s main contact, translating needs into actionable strategies and shaping the engagement team accordingly.

You will build lasting relationships, guide complex projects, and contribute to account development by proposing structured, high-impact solutions that elevate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Track record of complex end-to-end engagements.
• Ability to develop and lead teams with rigor and sound judgment.

• You are responsible for your engagements end-to-end. You structure the approach, the team, and the required level of quality.
• You anticipate, structure, and drive topics forward — delivering clear, actionable diagnoses.
• You are the client's primary point of contact. You understand their expressed and unspoken needs and develop a perspective on their business — beyond the project itself.
• You help build lasting relationships based on the quality of delivery and the relevance of recommendations.
• You play a central role in the development of teams. You structure, coach, and raise the level of expectation.
• You actively contribute to account development. You identify opportunities, participate in structuring proposals, and help establish long-term relationships.
• You contribute to building the firm beyond client engagements: approaches, methodologies, and new models, notably around AI.

Requirements

• 7 to 8 years of consulting experience
• A top-tier academic background (Grande École in business or engineering, Sciences Po, or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• A track record of complex engagements led end-to-end
• Ability to develop teams with rigor and sound judgment
