Qualifications

• Graduate of a business school or engineering school.
• At least 3 years of experience in Tier 1 strategy consulting or M&A.
• Experience in a start-up/fintech or, ideally, prior experience in a similar Chief of Staff role.
• Fast learner with a strong interest in the payments industry.
• Outstanding analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in project management, modeling, and reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all functions and departments across the organization.
• Creative, with a strategic mindset.
• Full professional fluency in both spoken and written English and French.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Strategy Director and the Executive Leadership Team to identify and plan operational and strategic priorities
• Oversee cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning technology, marketing, finance, sales, and HR
• Lead transformation initiatives, from analysis and recommendation through execution
• Track OKRs, KPIs, the Business Plan, and key projects
• Prepare materials related to investor relations, consulting engagements, the BPCE Group, and M&A activities
• Optimize existing processes and communicate with the Leadership Team to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives
• Prepare All-Hands meetings
• Conduct strategic monitoring of the market environment and internal data
• Act as Project Manager for a range of strategic and complex projects
• Contribute to the effective execution of the company’s strategy and the monitoring of operational and financial performance
