LVMH seeks Head of HR Data & Employee Listening to define the Group vision across HR data management, HR intelligence, and employee listening. You will lead a team of product owners and domain leads, coordinating with Maisons, Digital HR, HR Tech and external partners to deliver scalable, governance-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HRIS, HR Data, HR Intelligence or Digital HR environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of HR data models, reporting frameworks and governance.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a multi-year vision and strategy for HR Data Management, HR Intelligence and Employee Listening.
• Build and manage a consolidated product portfolio and roadmap aligned with Group HR priorities.
• Anticipate future analytical, reporting and workforce planning needs across the Group and Maisons.
• Identify emerging technologies and AI opportunities to improve data quality and insights.
• Drive incorporation of AI-powered capabilities into the domain roadmap with business value.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology evolution and delivery plans.
• Own governance of the Group HR dashboard and HR intelligence landscape.
• Ensure executive dashboards provide reliable, actionable insights across the Group.
• Promote a data-driven culture across HR communities and leadership teams.
• Establish governance forums supporting decision-making and strategic alignment.
