Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Head of HRIS Data & Employee Survey Tools to define and drive the Group vision, strategy and roadmap across HR data management, HR intelligence and employee listening solutions.

This manager-of-managers role leads Product Owners and domain leads, ensures coherent governance across the HR information ecosystem, and shapes AI-enabled capabilities that improve data quality, analytics and workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HRIS, HR data, and HR analytics.
• Proven ability to lead large transformative programs.
• Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year vision and strategy for HR Data Management, HR Intelligence and Employee Listening.
• Build and manage a consolidated product portfolio and roadmap aligned with Group HR priorities and digital transformation ambitions.
• Anticipate future analytical, reporting and workforce planning needs across the Group and Maisons.
• Identify emerging technologies and AI opportunities that can improve data quality, automation, predictive analytics, insight generation and employee listening capabilities.
• Drive the incorporation of AI-powered capabilities into the domain roadmap, ensuring business value, scalability and responsible adoption.
• Ensure strong alignment between business priorities, technology evolution and product delivery plans.
• Own the strategic vision and governance of the Group HR dashboard and HR intelligence landscape.
• Ensure that executive dashboards provide reliable, actionable and consistent insights across the Group.
• Drive the evolution of analytics capabilities to support business decision-making, workforce planning and HR strategy.
• Promote a data-driven culture across HR communities and leadership teams.
• Ensure consistency of KPIs, metrics definitions and reporting methodologies across Maisons.
