Wiremind invites a senior engineering leader to own the engineering organization across three products and shared platforms. You will manage staffing, priorities and delivery commitments, while shaping budgeting and reporting to the executive team.

The role drives AI integration, culture change, and leadership development within a growing, B2B SaaS environment in Paris. You will work in a hybrid setup with a strong technical identity, reading code and discussing architecture with principal

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with leadership of managers.
• Experience building processes for growing engineering orgs (delivery, reviews, hiring, budget).
• Led AI coding agents adoption with measurable impact.
• Owned infrastructure or engineering budgets and reported to execs/board.
• Still technical: can read code and discuss architecture with principal engineers.

Responsabilités

• Own the engineering organization across three products and shared teams.
• Lead staffing, priorities, delivery commitments, and budgeting with product teams.
• Present status, costs, risks, and needs to the executive committee.
• Drive the AI, culture, and people transformations across the org.
• Ensure delivery meets cost, quality, and strategic objectives.
